Day 1 Highlights | BYC EC Election & Special General Meeting 2026

The first day brought together youth-led organizations from across Bangladesh to reflect, discuss, and collectively shape the future governance of Bangladesh Youth Coalition (BYC).

The day focused on reviewing BYC’s Governance and Institutional Framework, discussing the draft MoU and related governance mechanisms, strengthening members’ understanding of the election process, and preparing for the upcoming Executive Committee Election.

Through open discussion, participation, and shared reflection, BYC members continued to strengthen collective ownership, accountability, and youth-led decision-making within the Coalition.
Together, we are shaping a stronger, more representative, and accountable BYC.

The BYC EC Election & Special General Meeting 2026 is being implemented by Youth For Change Bangladesh Foundation, as the Secretariat of BYC, under the “Strengthening Bangladesh Youth Coalition (BYC)” initiative, in collaboration with Plan International Bangladesh under the Shomotay Tarunno: Youth for Equality Project, funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
